This is the best wing sauce I've come across so far. You can use it for "Hot Legs" too.
3 Sticks Butter (softened) 1/2 C. + 2 Tbs. Tabasco Sauce 3 Tbs. Brown Sugar 3/4 tsp. Paprika 3/4 tsp. Salt 1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar 3/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper 2 Tbs. Chili Sauce Methods/steps Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil and then keep warm. Pour desired amount over wings and toss to coat. This will store well in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
-I used 2 sticks of butter and it still seemed greasy but tasted great. I'm going to double everything else and use 3 sticks next time and freeze what I don't use.
-Don't forget the Bleu Cheese Dip....Marie's Dressing is good.
